이 안내문은 선수 문의 양식으로 제공하신 개인정보를 DELAP이 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 문의 양식을 제출하기 전에 내용을 확인해 주세요.

수집하는 정보
선수의 축구 경력을 파악하고 연락을 드리는 데 필요한 다음 정보를 수집합니다.
- 이름(활동명 등 본인이 사용하는 이름 포함)과 연락처(이메일 또는 전화번호)
- 나이, 포지션, 활동 리그 또는 대회 수준
- 현재 소속팀 또는 선수 활동 현황
- 축구 경력 및 추가로 제공하고 싶은 대회 참가·출전 경험
이 양식에서는 여권 번호, 주민등록번호, 계좌 정보, 생년월일 전체를 요청하지 않습니다. 이러한 정보는 작성하지 않으셔도 괜찮습니다.
이용 목적
이 정보는 본인의 프로필이 클럽의 요구에 맞을 수 있는지 판단하고, 이와 관련해 연락드리기 위해 사용합니다. 광고 목적으로는 사용하지 않습니다.
제공 대상
개인 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 특정 요구에 대해 소개되는 데 동의하신 경우에만, 클럽 또는 스카우트 관계자에게 정보를 제공합니다. 제공하기 전에 미리 알려 드립니다.
보관 기간
문의 시 제공하신 개인정보는 동안 보관합니다. 보관 기간이 끝나기 전이라도 삭제를 요청하시면 삭제합니다.
본인의 권리
언제든지 다음을 요청하실 수 있습니다:
- DELAP이 보유한 본인의 정보 열람;
- 정보 정정;
- 정보 삭제;
- 정보 이용 중단, 클럽에 소개되는 데 대한 동의 철회 포함.

選手としての経歴を把握し、ご連絡するために必要な以下の情報を収集します。

このフォームでは、パスポート番号、国民IDの番号、銀行口座の情報、生年月日の全体はお尋ねしません。これらの情報はご記入いただかなくても問題ありません。
利用目的
この情報は、あなたのプロフィールがクラブの要件に合う可能性があるかを判断し、そのことについてご連絡するために使用します。広告には使用しません。
提供先
お客様の情報を販売することはありません。特定の要件について紹介されることに同意いただいた場合にのみ、クラブまたはスカウト関係者と共有します。共有する前に必ずお知らせします。
保管期間
お問い合わせの際にご提供いただいた個人情報の保管期間は、です。保管期間内であっても、削除をお申し出いただいた場合は削除します。
お客様の権利
いつでも次のことを求めることができます:
- 当社が保有するお客様の情報を確認すること。

This notice explains how DELAP handles the personal information you provide through the player enquiry form. Please read it before submitting the form.
Who we are and how to contact us
DELAP is a football scouting project based in South Korea. You can contact us at discover@wearedelap.com.

What we collect
We collect the following information to understand your football background and contact you:
- Your name or a preferred name, and contact details (email address or phone number).
- Your age, position and playing level, such as the league or competitions you play in.
- Your current team or playing status.
- Your football background and any additional competition or match experience you choose to share.
We do not ask for your passport, national ID number, bank details or your full date of birth in this form. You do not need to enter these details.
Why we use it
We use this information to decide whether your profile may suit a club's requirements, and to get in touch with you about that. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it with a club or scouting professional only when you agree to be presented for a specific requirement. We will tell you before we do.
How long we keep it
We retain the personal information you provide in your enquiry for . If you ask us to delete it before that period ends, we will do so.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, including withdrawing your agreement to be presented to a club.
To request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop using it, contact discover@wearedelap.com. We will review your request and reply. You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason.

We store enquiries in a limited-access system and only share them as described above.
